Steps

Wash ugu,slice and set aside,wash ponmo

Wash ponmo well,put in a pot,add sliced onions,pepper and seasoning cube,add little water,bring to boil,when it has boiled for 5 mins,add palm oil and waterleaf,cook till tender,add crayfish,okpei,taste to adjust with salt.Add ugu last,boil for a minute.
