Ingredients

  • 200 gmpork cubed
  • 150 gmprecooked rice
  • 1egg
  • 3 clovesgarlic chopped
  • Chives chopped
  • 2carrot diced
  • Soy sauce
  • Oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

    Prepare all the ingredients

    In a wok, cook the pork till ready. Add garlic, carrot and onions

  3. 3

    Then add rice, and soy sauce and stir evenly

  4. 4

    Add the cooked egg and chives and stir well. Saute for about 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Remove from the heat and serve. Garnish appropriately
