Grease your baking tin, set it aside. In a dry bowl, sieve your flour twice

Mix the oil and sugar for 8 to 10 minutes. Beat an egg in a bowl, whisk well and add to the sugar mixture and mix well. Do the same to the remaining eggs. Remember to mix in one direction.

Prepare your bananas, add the baking soda and mash or blend your them well.

Add the banana mixture to the Sugar/Egg/Oil mixture. Mix well in one direction still.

Now Add the flour little by little as you alternate with mala to get a smooth batter.

In your greased baking tin, pour half of the batter in it. Drop in the caramel sparingly then pour the remaining batter.

Bake for 45minutes to 60minutes in 160°. Serve with a cup of lemon grass-strong tea.
