4sliced onions
1/2 cupgram flour
to tasteSalt
1 tbspred chilli powder
2 tbspkasuri methi
1 tbspajwain
2 tbspcoriander powder
Oil
1/2ts turmeric powder

Add salt in sliced onions and keep it aside for half an hour. Than add azwain, red chilli powder, kasuri methi,coriander powder and gram flour, mix all the ingredients well.

Heat the oil and fry the onions till crisp.

Serve hot.
