  • 1/2 cup Sprouted boiled pearl millet
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates,almond,walnut & raisins
  • 1-Mud apple grated
  • 3-Elaichis powder
  • 1 tsp chironji

Steps

30-mins.
  1. 1

    Boil milk,add dryfruits stir continuously, add boiled pearl millet and cook till Millet softens.

    Now add grated mud apple & stir continuously,add chironji and elaichi powder. Turn off gas.
