Ingredients

  1. Sliced breads
  2. Grated mozerella
  3. Salt
  4. Onion chopped
  5. Eggs
  6. Parsley chopped
  7. 3-5 tbspbutter

Steps

    Crack egg in a bowl, add all the ingredients except for butter and bread, whisk

  2. 2

    Heat a nonstick pan, add butter to melt

  3. 3

    Dip the bread in the egg,and pan fried both side.

    Serve warm and enjoy
