  • Sliced breads
  • Grated mozerella
  • Salt
  • Onion chopped
  • Eggs
  • Parsley chopped
  • 3-5 tbspbutter

Steps

    Crack egg in a bowl, add all the ingredients except for butter and bread, whisk

  2. 2

    Heat a nonstick pan, add butter to melt

  3. 3

    Dip the bread in the egg,and pan fried both side.

  4. 4

    Serve warm and enjoy
