  • 2carrots sliced
  • 2mixed bell pepper sliced
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cupsboiled peas
  • 1 bunchcoriader
  • 2 clovesgarlic minced
  • Stem ginger minced
  • 1/4 tsppepper flakes
  • 1 tspcurry powder
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tsppaprika
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Prep all ingredients

    Saute onions with carrots for 3 mins, add spices and salt.
