Started as a dishwasher in a chain restaurant moved into prep cooking and then a line cook became a kitchen manager and sous chef but had many opportunities to work in the industry... after realizing I love to work in a kitchen but love cookong for my family more I decided to take on the LOVE for food in my own home instead and left the industry because work and play are seperate for me. growing up around master chefs and being a part of a French family cuisine had to always be a passion and an art form... I Continue to learn and create new dishes from the heart that inspire and punctuate my culture my soul compassion and my lifestyle.
