I also work with my local foodbank and I'm working on developing a basic course to help give people confidence in the kitchen, so be prepared for a lot of back to basic recipes as I return to Nana's basics.
You will see a lot of my recipes are inspired by my old Nana, she is the one who got me into cooking and well its a bit difficult to forget that when Aleisha is her double right down to how she works in the kitchen (even at 5), all that is missing is the tea-towel for whacking me and my cousins when we stepped out of line.
