#momos • Recipe: • For dough- • Maida/ all-purpose flour - • Oil- • Salt- to taste • Mix all the ingredients above, mix with water knead it, cover with damp cloth and keep aside for 30mts approx • For stuffing- • Take veggies like half boiled potatoes, finely chopped carrots, peas slightly crushed, grated paneer • In a pan fry all the above veggies, can add more of your choice, add salt, red chilli powder, spices of your choice and sauces (tomato, chilli). Fry for 2-3 mins and keep aside • Making momos - • Take small ball of kneaded dough and roll it into small chapathi, put the filling and close it like momos •
