(by 1 banana, I mean about 1 banana, it doesn't have to be a full one.) • Milk (lactose, no lactose, it doesn't matter.) • Whipped Cream (the canned stuff or homemade, it all tastes good) • toppings (anything that goes with chocolate works.)
