
Been cooking since I'm 13. I remember making spaghetti and watching the godfather, nothing special but just because is simple it doesn't mean it isn't good.
Later moved on to Asian kitchen.
I just love to cook because you can get inspired easily and experiment without scruples.
Ofcourse sometimes the kitchen counter looks like an battlefield or the outcome isn't always as intended.
But whatever happens I never find cooking discouraging.
