Strawberries, chopped • Agave (natural sweetener), plus 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Agave • Whole wheat flour (you can do 1/2 and 1/2 AP flour & whole wheat, but if you want to keep it healthy, use unbleached (and organic if you can swing it) all the way!) • Ground cinnamon (can use up to 1/8 cup) • Baking soda • Ground nutmeg (allspice / cinnamon works or leave out) • Salt • Ripe banana, smashed • Eggs • Canola oil (can sub in applesauce but recommend 1/2 and 1/2 instead of full 1:1 substitution; veggie oil works, too) • Blueberries (or 1 cup) - I've used frozen in this recipe, and they still came out great
