I am just coming in to my "Betty-Crocker" mode. Have always enjoyed cooking, but working totally opposite schedule from my husband makes that challenging. Dread of grocery shopping (bad back & can) & poor planning have always been my downfall with meal prep. Fortunately, we are both telecommuters, so now I handle planning & prep, then leave final instructions for my better half to wrap up. Good system & equal work if we want a good home-cooked meal. I like variety and shellfish, while the hubs would love steak & potatoes with a more standardized (translation: boring!) meal plan. Loving this app, embracing the ease of locating ideas - have been using it more regularly as of late (in combo with recipes I've acquired from friends, family, patients, and magazines throughout the years - guess it's only fair to share them, which will be my next goal). Appreciative for an opportunity to "grow up", although our regular delivery guys must think we moved, died, or went on a diet. Saving money through home-cooking, which is an added bonus.
