inport to alaska form new orleans. been in alaska for over 25 years now. But i still have a taste for my southren cooking. i learnd to cook in new orleans and love to use spices. i find cooking to be the key to the soul. i gave up cooking in the resturants years ago. I rather cook from the heart. i do have a dream of owning a food truck some day
