I am Anisha, a pass-out of Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Kovalam, Trivandrum.
I love cooking specially when i have someone around me to taste it, and comment on it.
I started cooking from the age of 10, for my cousins and my sister, while my mom and my aunt are away attending the famous attukal ponkala festival and several other ponkala festivals during the festival season. They hand over both the kitchen and the children to me during those days. :P
My mom and my aunt are very good in cooking and each of them have their own unique recipe. They prepare anything and everything at home. I always had a chance to enjoy different food they make. My mom always gave me chance to get involved in the cooking process.
3 years in IHMCT gave me technical knowledge as well as an entry to the world of global cuisine.
Even though I didn't take up food production as my career, I update myself in the world of culinary.
I am a foodie, I love cooking and eating :)
