
Really loved the fluffiness and texture of these biscuits! I made these to make sandwiches out of leftover roast with smoked gouda cheese...yummy!

Thanks Julie :-) I actually used my stand mixer to make these. Once incorporated, I kneaded the dough just a couple of times per directions of this recipe as to not overwork the dough.
Tips for perfect biscuits...1.) Ice cold butter 2.) Fresh baking powder 3.) Work the dough as little as possible. Overworked dough yields flat funky biscuits lol Good luck and happy cooking!
