I finally got the chance to recreate your meal; it taste very yummy; I could not get ham so I used shredded fried chicken in place of ham. The Milk in the eggs gave it a very succulent taste in the mouth. Thank you

In place of HAM you can use sausages and oregano is a spice but it can be omitted one of the optional ingredients
