
These turned out Great! I used actual eggroll squares. For the filling I mixed chopped chicken breast and chopped shrimp, used green peppers instead of jalapenos. Added a little Red Robin Seasoning, a pinch of Ortega taco Seasoning, a few drops of Worchestershire Sauce and garlic powder along with the recipe seasonings. Placed rolls in freezer for approx. 1 hour just to firm. Family wants more! :-)
