My family likes them so much we make something similar that we call sinkers.. cuz they r heavy and sink to the bottom of your stomach! Its basically a heavy dumpling boiled until done. We serve with a pork roast and make gravy from the dripping of the pork and then pour the gravy over the sinkers and that's one of our sides. Ill have to post the recipe soon! Our other favorite to serve with it is our beef n mushroom gravy and pour that gravy over them as one of the sides. Simply amazing!
