Thank you for your recipe! I baked this for Saturday breakfast! It was delicious! I added 50ml of milk 🥛 This time, I used new bananas which became less sweet and less banana taste, so I’ll use very ripped banana next time as you are suggesting! 🍌

Thank you for trying the recipe, Kanaaneko-san. Yes, please try again with very ripe bananas which skins are blackened and almost fermenting. I make this cake only when I have bananas in that state.

Yes! I will definitely make this again with riped banana! By the way, do you usually add milk to this recipe?(As I found that your banana cupcake recipe has milk, but this one doesn’t)
