Yes you have to be fast when working with fudge, but it's worth it:cookie

All you need to do is save some for the top and sprinkle on the top and press and they should firm in place

They firm up pretty fast, tink. I'm amazed how good they taste and Te texture the candy cane give :hungry:cookie😊😚
