I made this foolproof recipe yet again, for another New Heart's Eve. Served it with Ritz Crackers. Why was it granular and crumbly this year, rather than creamy and spreadable in years past? Something is off, in the cheese department. I used generic cream cheese.. could that be it. Gonna make my Dad and Mom's Braunschweiger Cheese Ball Next Year. This turned out poorly.
