I prepared this kebab for lunch today.
My husband is a vegan and he loves veg kebabs. So this innovative preparation of kebab is very much appropriate for him and he loved it.
I have added hung curd to make it softer and red chilli powder to make it more spicy. And I have fried it on a grill pan.
