I think next time though, I may reduce the sugar. Found it a touch sweet wth the raisins in there too. Otherwise my hubs was thoroughly impressed ;)

I used to cook this cook in the 80’s when I was married to hubby No1 !!! Now on hubby No 3 and he hates fruit cake …. So all the more for me !!!🤣🤣🤣🤣
