
Turned out well. Stole your score from another bread, hope you don't mind. I baked this in a clay baking pot since my ovens are old and don't have steam. Giving it a rest now, but eager to try!

ahhh I see, I was picturing something much bigger. I think I can fit a smaller clay pot, or maybe a cast iron pot like Le Creuset.

I use a small 2 quart dutch oven for baking sourdough at home. Look at my French bread recipe to see the oven I use at home. I used it for both my French and Ciabatta recipes.
