Quite a good twist on spaghetti. I did adjust my tsp size for the hot sauce. You can see it in the pic. 😉

yeah I'm a country boy... This recipe evolved from not having any ground beef to make my normal meat sauce so I substituted black beans for the protein....

can't just run to the market when you live out in the Sticks so it's nice to be able to improvise sometimes I think half the fun cooking is the ability to substitute or alter a recipe to your liking

Yeah, I'm out in the sticks too, so I get the market run. And past 9pm you can forget that too, no matter how far you're willing to go.
