Thank you, Philip! By the way, I cooked your Fish Curry and Saag Paneer on the other day. The photos were very blurry, so I will cook them again. I even made Paneer by my self and loved it. Your recipes often open the doors to new food for me. So much fun. Thank you for sharing your recipes.
