Great recipe I love a good dry rub. the flavors are explosive and I used a wild bird harvested by a friend of mine so that made quite a difference in taste I'm sure then a domestic bird.

Thanks. The pic didnt come out that great. It was not burnt. Lol it takes a while to make sure the insudes are not pink
