
Made it! .. Must say I couldn't hit the mark... It didn't rise so much. But I found I love it, maybe because I had been taking care of it for almost one week. And its taste was sooo deep and great!

Yum!!!! I'm so happy you tried this! It does take some practice with sourdough breads (it took me several month!)... Also with a lot of rye flour, the bread won't rise as much as fluffy wheat breads.
