
Well, I think I added too much liquid (without knowing it) so there's no beautiful cracks like yours, but I love the taste! We often bake buckwheat crepes (galettes) but didn't know we can make cookies!

Thanks for trying!! I love the taste of soba in sweets too (I was inspired by those soba cookies that look like flower shapes... from kyoto I think). Actually, I don't even know why mine has crack in it, haha. I wasn't necessarily going for that look :P
