Next time remember to put the lemon juice at the very end 1 min before you remove from the heat so you cream doesnt separate

I added half of fresh lemon but just just a little bit.... and I removed it immediately I didnt leave it for 1 min, next time I will....thank you for the advice...... much appreciated
