Your carrot cake recipe is the best. So moist and delicious. I didn’t use the pineapple because I forgot to buy it so just added another 50g of carrots. I’m also allergic to nuts so I added 1/4 cup of coconut shavings instead of nuts. Thank you so much 🙏🏼❤️
