Love cooking food that I can share with friends. Never happier than when I’ve got people over for dinner enjoying great food (and great wine of course). I’m a big fan of seasonal ingredients and coming up with quick and fresh ideas for during the busy working week.

- Absolutely delicious 😋 thank you. Perfect for mid-week. I made 2 substitutions. I used chicken thigh fillets because that’s what I had in the fridge (not very Maldivian, I know 😅). I added them just after the dried spices as they need a bit longer to cook. Also, I couldn’t get fresh curry leaves so I used dried. I added a few extra to compensate for the taste. Can’t wait to try it again with fish and fresh curry leaves 🍃 Añadir comentario
- Yum!!! Thanks for sharing @Knivett - I can’t wait to have some of this with breakfast tomorrow. My rhubarb wasn’t forced which is why it isn’t beautifully pink as yours but it tastes delicious. The cardamon is a game changer - my new go to. I find the flavour more subtle than cinnamon which I normally use. Añadir comentario
- These are the best homemade falafel I’ve ever had @samm - so easy and absolutely delicious 😋! Thank you for such a great recipe. It’s definitely going to be my go-to from now on. I didn’t have time to soak dried chickpeas ( I know they are so much better for falafel) so I used two 400g tins instead. The mixture held together really well and the texture was still great. Can’t wait to give it another go with dried chickpeas soon. Añadir comentario
- Absolutely delicious recipe. Thank you for such yummy mid week inspiration. I especially loved the tip of adding extra pepper to the squash before roasting. It worked really well. I changed things up a little bit by adding 2 tsp of chipotle paste for smokiness, chorizo instead of bacon, a handful of freshly chopped tomatoes and a tin of good quality tinned tomatoes.
