Thanks for the amazing recipe! I struggled quite a bit with the dosa (first attempt!) but the potato filling was amazing! I ate that for the next couple of days and will definitely make again! 😋

Here in the UK, one trick I do is to put the batter for fermentation overnight in the oven after preheating it for 3-4 minutes. This way the batter can "rise", which will give you fluffy dosas :)

Thanks for the tip. At first it was too thick so was not evenly spread so I added water a few times. Eventually got better but by then I’d used most of the batter! I still ended up with 3 or 4 good ones. Will try the fermentation tip next time. Thanks a lot!
