Great recipe. This is my go-to recipe for banana bread because my daughter loves it, but the last couple of times of me making this, I tweaked it a bit. Instead of one cup of sugar, I went half reg half brown. I also added a tsp of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg for added flavor. This will remain my favorite recipe for banana bread.
