
These are the best homemade falafel I’ve ever had @samm - so easy and absolutely delicious 😋! Thank you for such a great recipe. It’s definitely going to be my go-to from now on. I didn’t have time to soak dried chickpeas ( I know they are so much better for falafel) so I used two 400g tins instead. The mixture held together really well and the texture was still great. Can’t wait to give it another go with dried chickpeas soon.

Ahh so glad you tried this recipe. You’ve inspired me to make some this weekend. I might even remember to take a photo this time. What did you serve it with? I always have mine with an unreasonable amount of hummus.

Is there such a thing as unreasonable amounts of hummus??? I served it in a flatbread with homemade tzatziki, a tomato and red onion salad and as if the amazing falafel wasn’t enough … grilled halloumi. It was delicious. So good in fact, I was half way through eating it before I realised I hadn’t taken a picture. I’ll recreate it soon and share.
