We love naan bread, and this crust's flavor. Had an idea to make some flatbread with it and this is the wonderful creation we came up with! Just roll out egg sized pieces of dough on a hot griddle with butter until nicely browned and puffed. Use as you would a pita flatbread or any other wrap. Makes great tasty vehicles for all sorts of savory fillings.
