This dish is so creamy, satisfying & delicious! I'm really new to cooking with the instant pot and appreciate finding good recipes to make with it. I made a few changes to your recipe based on the ingredients in my house at the time: I only had russet potatoes so I used those (will make next time with sweet potatoes); I didn't have any cauliflower on hand, so I left it out.
