- Super delicious!It was easy to prepare!I looked up the meaning of two whistles; for my instant pot it took cooking it for about 18 minutes, stopping to release pressure after 6 minutes, opening to stir, sealing it again and setting it again for 6 min and following this process again twice.Thank you again for sharing this way to make Aloo Gobi.It's a wonderful recipe! - This dish is so creamy, satisfying & delicious! I'm really new to cooking with the instant pot and appreciate finding good recipes to make with it. I made a few changes to your recipe based on the ingredients in my house at the time: I only had russet potatoes so I used those (will make next time with sweet potatoes); I didn't have any cauliflower on hand, so I left it out.
