These turned out very well. I also made them with gluten free oreos since some, members of my family are gluten intolerant. I am, making them in a few weeks for a kids birthday party. U should, get the chocolates at michaels, they, melt quickly in the, microwave and set quickly to the mixture. Also add sticks so your, hands don't, get dirty. I cut the sticks in half..., good, luck, its worth the work.

I tried a recipe on here called "Oreo truffles" and the ratio of oreos to cream cheese was wrong so it made for a pain to dip them. I like your stick idea though, seems like it would help for next time.

Its actually orange color, white chocolate from the craft store. They come in about 20 different color options. Put the chips into a glass bowl and microwave for about 2:30 stirring every 30 sec till fully, melted. I like these because they also set very fast so, less mess :-)
