amazing but i added half a cup of carrots a 1/4 cup of oyster sauce and one medium sized onion to the cooking process and served over lo mein noodles ...delicious just like the restaurants

Good job on that one! I like the extra veggies. Looks more like the chinese take out places :chef I like rice with that dish. But of course I would huh :-D
