
This banana bread came out so good! I don't have a bunt pan so I did it in a 9x13x2 baking dish and it was perfect. It took about 45 minutes to bake at 350. I also added half a tablespoon of cinnamon, but that's the only extra thing I added. It's super moist and delicious! Will definitely make this again, but I'll add some chopped walnuts and finish it with a vanilla glaze. :-)
