Was so yummy!! I used 4oz of cream cheese instead n a little extra milk and my blender to make it creamy. I added bacon n shredded cheese on top!! It came out delicious and I'm trying to hide it so my boyfriend won't take it home!!! LOL! Now I see why they're called "Bomb Ass Potatoes"!! :-)
