
The dough was a little dry, next time I will add more lard. When they cool they are chewy I dont know why I did wrong. The taste definetly are awesome!! Any tip to make them thinner?? Thank you!!!

Try making the testales a little smaller and roll them thinner. The teaspoons of lard should be heaping. Make sure to use hot water and not warm. I hope this helps a little.
