
This was a decent recipe though I wasn't a fan of the cheese, still it turned out pretty yummy regardless, especially when I deep fried it after baking. If not for the crispy skin, I'm not sure I would have liked it as much. Something I would definitely make for guests with a few variations to the original recipe; powdered not grated cheese, bread crumbs instead of stuffing mix, and more seasoning for the chicken itself before dipping. The sauce, though, was good.
