
I made this last night and it came out ok...it stuck to the pan a little so it fell apart and it was way too sweet. I also used blueberries instead of pineapples.

Next time maybe try using the pineapple in the batter n after its baked n cooled add a few blueberries n whipped cream or cool whip on top?? Just a suggestion... Sounds good to me :hungry Lol...

You need the moistness & acid of the pineapples to make this work :chef

You can't substitute blueberries for the pineapple. The pineapple has different amino acids that cause the chemical reaction needed for the cake to come out properly. That's why your cake flopped.
