This recipe is absolutely fabulous! Your instructions were so detailed and easy to follow. I also appreciate the hints and tips. I did add a bit of fish sauce and some hot pepper as you suggested. I also added some chopped crimini mushrooms caramelized in butter to add even more umami. Made this for myself but can't wait to make it for someone special. Thanks again for the great recipe.
