Did a variation of the dish as my oven toaster is too small. Hence I placed the chicken (marinated with paprika) at the upper level and the potatoes (coated with butter and mixed herbs) , french beans, young corn, Carrots, onions pineapple at lower level. Taste good.
I actually like having the french beans in there. Didn't thought of that until I saw the recipe. With the pineapple in there, just giving a nice twist to the dish. Thank you.

Looks and sounds delish! I wouldn't have thought of the pineapple but it would be easy to make this into a sweet & sour type dish too! Awesome thoughts and thanks for trying it and making it your own! So fun! :positive
