Here it is! I actually made it with strawberries instead of bananas. Super easy! I think I let the pudding cook a little too long so it wasn't very "smooth." Should you stop cooking as soon as you notice it's getting thicker? I'm going to try it again soon so I can get it right!

Oh, and I also put mine in individual glasses so I could serve one small pudding cup to everyone :)

It will come to a boil and you'll watch it, whisking constantly, until it thickens a little. Shouldn't take long at all. You could probably just take it off when it starts to boil if you wanted to. Looks good to me though! How'd you like it?

It was really nice!! I just need to practice getting the pudding smooth. I'm going to try again with you tips ;) I think I'll try using a vanilla bean too instead of extract. I bet that would be good!

Remember that you can add 1/3 cup Cocoa in with the milk to make it a chocolate pudding too! :)

I did make it already, but I just have left dirty dish! I used banana and lady finger cookies , left over mushy nectarines! It was yummy!
